Planning: Budgeting

 In terms of budget, I knew I didn't have to spend much on locations and scenery, as I aimed to film near my house or in public areas.

In terms of equipment, I have to be careful when carrying and transporting my items, as camera gear and speakers are expensive. These are the main factors I had to focus on to maintain within a reasonable budget.

1. Speakers ~ Rs.4000

2. Transportation ~ Rs.3000

3. Food and drink ~ Rs.200

5. Props ~ Rs.6000

6. Camera Gear (already have) ~ $700

Q2. How do the elements of your production work together to create a sense of ‘branding’? My product branding was mainly based on treating the artist as the image of the brand, showcasing him in all aspects of the promotion, to make the artist more like a "household name" in the music industry, in that everyone knows his face and name even if they don't listen to him music. I also used repetition as my branding, using similar elements and typographical styles when making promotional material so that people recognize the artist's distinct style when viewing, maintaining the "Arial Bold" font throughout the social media promotional material and the digipak.
