Production: Risk Analysis

 1. Dehydration: the sun was out and we were doing a lot of high energy shots, so I made sure to bring plenty of water for the actor

2. Driving safety: some of the shots were taken in a moving car, so I had to make sure we were following proper driving safety rules, such as wearing a seatbelt, keeping the camera out of the field of view of the driver, and filming in the passenger seat, etc.

3. Health and safety: I made sure to keep a first aid kit nearby at all times

Since the plan was to visit a park, there were many risks I had to take into account when considering the shoot. Q2. How do the elements of your production work together to create a sense of ‘branding’? My product branding was mainly based on treating the artist as the image of the brand, showcasing him in all aspects of the promotion, to make the artist more like a "household name" in the music industry, in that everyone knows his face and name even if they don't listen to him music. I also used repetition as my branding, using similar elements and typographical styles when making promotional material so that people recognize the artist's distinct style when viewing, maintaining the "Arial Bold" font throughout the social media promotional material and the digipak. Through consistent imagery and tone across several platforms and mediums, the messages and core values of the brand and artist are relayed directly to the audience.
